Our story

Nestled in a lush valley, surrounded by the majestic mountains of the Coast Range, Powers Ranch, an Oregon Century Ranch, has been raising cattle since 1913. We offer 100% grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic-free beef. We raise our prized Angus and Angus-cross breed cattle on acres of fresh grass, and harvest them on-site, humanely, using a local mobile butcher. Our beef arrives at designated pick-up sites, ready for your freezer.

Our mission is to raise healthy, happy cows from birth to processing with the utmost respect for our animals' welfare and well-being and with respect for the environment. This guiding philosophy has been handed down and cultivated through 4 generations of the Powers family. Raising beef cattle this way has the added benefit of producing delicious beef; whether it be a juicy burger, a roast cooked to perfection, or a sizzling top sirloin steak. This is the beef we feed our own families with, and are now offering to the public at prices far lower than you will find in grocery stores and fine meat markets. On average, our customers save 20-30% compared to grass-fed beef prices you will find in stores.
